To make a payment

1. Go to the Sim toolkit on your phone.

2. Under M-pesa select the lipa na M-pesa option.

3. Select the buy goods and services option.

4. Enter the till number( 202968)

5. Enter amount to pay.

6. Enter your M-pesa PIN .

7. Confirm the details and press OK.

8. You will receive a confirmation text from M-pesa indicating the amount paid,the Merchant name and your current M-Pesa balance

To check balance

1. Dial *234*7# on the Lipa na M-pesa registered line(0727401633)

2. Select option to check store balance .

3. Select  the all stores option;you will receive a notification from Safaricom to let you know that they are processing your balance request enquiry.

4. After a minute or so you will receive a confirmation text from Safaricom with the Store number (204161 and current Balance.)

To withdraw funds

1. Dial *234*7# on the Lipa na M-pesa registered line(0727401633)

2. Select the first option “Withdraw cash to my number”.

3. You will be prompted to enter the store number -(204161).

4. Enter amount to withdraw.

5. You will get a notification from Safaricom to let you know that they are processing your request.

6. After a minute or so you will receive a confirmation text from M-pesa indicating the amount you have withdrawn from the store

7. Check your M-pesa balance to confirm the amount in your account.(The M-pesa PIN is on the new Sim cards workbook shared with everyone.
