Auto create Activities for Industry signups

An admin can be able to add sample activities and other data in a potential activities' user workspace that has has just signed up, so that they can see how Frontline works before they set up their own workflow. The figure above shows the available templates table on an industry's edit page. The Belongs to column, when ticked assigns the activity to a user's workspace whereas the the Instantiate on signup column, when ticked assigns the activity to the user's workspace.
